HORKA NAD MORAVOU (CZ) - Sluňákov is a centre for ecological activities and includes an educational and information centre as well as accommodation. The centre manifests its mission through its energy-efficient construction to a design by Projektil Architects. The building is unobtrusively integrated with the surrounding nature in such a way that it creates a kind of terrain wave. The fusion with the landscape is reinforced by a sightseeing path across the grass-covered roof. The interiors are dominated by wood in combination with colour accents provided by polychromatic blinds.
